Fabiola on Era

Fabiola has been an amazing leader in the Restoration Era team. She has been instrumental in improving monitoring systems, increasing accountability, and creating communal solutions for long term project success. She wanted to share about her experience since joining Era. Below is Fabiola's words on her experience translated from Spanish.​

 

My experience with Restoration Era has been a transformative journey that marked a radical change in my life. From the moment I began this path, I understood that it wasn't just a job, but a mission with purpose.Working hand in hand with the communities, experiencing the way they welcome us, and actively participating in organizing mangrove and forest restoration days has strengthened my commitment to environmental stewardship. Each project represents an opportunity to sow hope, awareness, and a future.​

 

Thanks to the support of Restoration Era, I have been able to provide for my family and, at the same time, experience the profound gratification of serving and contributing to others.
