Mangrove Restoration
The Guatemala Coastal Restoration Projects are focused on restoring the heavily degraded mangrove estuary. The project provides jobs for communities to restore their mangrove forest and improves the shellfish and fishing potential of the region. This model provides immediate and long-term solutions that benefit both communities and environment.
