Colorado Watershed Restoration
The streams and rivers in Colorado's high country serve as the headwaters for the Colorado River which is the primary water source for the American Southwest. Restoring and protecting the wetland forests of this region is vital to having consistent water for Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Reforestation also increase habitat for animals such as moose, bears, and elk. We are losing so much forest to fires in the American West and with your support we can bring it back!
